Grocery Costs - I shop at only the best grocery and small market purveyors. My relationships with store, produce, meat, bakery, and seafood managers will help bring you the best and freshest ingredients each store carries. Before each cook date, I will collect a grocery cost deposit from you, the amount depending on the plan you select.
Pantry Fee - For clients who use my services routinely, there is a quarterly fee of $15.00 for items such as flour, sugar, oil, spices, herbs, vinegars, etc., from my pantry that are required in small amounts and won’t be purchased separately for each cook date. For one-time clients, I will charge the exact amount of pantry items used.
Container Fee - There will be a container fee depending on which type of containers you prefer. For example, disposable containers, such as Gladware® or Ziplock®, or aluminum foil pans; reusable containers, such as Rubbermaid®; or ovenproof glass containers, such as Corningware® or Pyrex®. These brands manufacture appropriately-sized containers with tight-fitting lids for storing varying numbers of servings. Your decision will be based on whether you prefer to use the microwave or oven for heating food. Whichever type you choose to purchase will be yours to keep. Over time, reusable containers may wear out and need to be replaced at an additional cost. Container arrangements for one-time clients will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Menus - After an initial consultation, during which diet desires and specifics are evaluated, tailored menu options will be presented from which you will choose selections for the cook date. A favorite family recipe can be prepared as a substitute or addition to options provided by me.
Optional Services - Cookies, cakes, pies, breads, etc., may be requested for an additional fee.
